Check a Meta deletion request
Enter the confirmation code returned after Facebook or Instagram sent Blue Kiwi a verified deletion request.
How to delete connected Meta data
- In Blue Kiwi, open Settings → Social Publishing and use Review removal for the Meta authorization you want to remove.
- You can also remove Blue Kiwi from your Facebook or Instagram app settings. When Meta sends its signed deletion callback, Blue Kiwi verifies the signature before processing it.
- To delete your full Blue Kiwi account, use account deletion in Blue Kiwi settings or email hello@bluekiwi.ai.
What the Meta callback deletes
A verified callback revokes encrypted Meta credentials, removes authorization-to- destination links, removes the Meta profile identifier and display metadata from the disconnected authorization, and cancels posts that have not yet been submitted using that authorization. If another active authorization independently reaches the same Page or Instagram professional account, that shared destination remains available through the other authorization.
Blue Kiwi does not delete posts already published on Facebook or Instagram. You can remove those posts in the applicable Meta product. We retain limited immutable publishing, security, billing, consent, and deletion-receipt records when needed for audit, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. The deletion receipt contains only opaque hashes, timestamps, status, and aggregate counts—not Meta IDs, workspace IDs, account IDs, or tokens.
Automated Meta deletion requests are processed immediately after signature verification. If this page does not recognize your confirmation code, contact hello@bluekiwi.ai.
